Directions for use of the essential oils
For Internal Use
Internal use of EO must be done under medical control. Internal use of EO has to be avoided by people suffering from ulcer or inflammation of the digestive tract.
Essential oils have to be systematically diluted. You can use a dispersant type "Disper" to obtain a hydrodispersant solution. This preparation shoudn't contain more than 10% of the essential oil or blend of essential oils for "gentle" EO and shouldn't exceed 2% of EO in case of "aggressive" EO (phenols). You can use a vegetable oil to make your dilution in the same proportions than above. You can also use honey to make your dilution but the proportions are 5% for "gentle" EO and 1% for "aggressive" EO. This mixture should be taken out of mealtimes.
In internal use, do not exceed 10 to 30 drops of these mixtures per day depending on the essential oil.
